We're partnering with our friend Pitmaster Evan Leroy for a series of Sunday afternoon BBQs at Salt & Time. The kick off event (October 23) will feature "Upside down" Texas BBQ. Pork Brisket, Beef Ribs and whole loafs of our Bologna. Food will be for sale by the plate until we run out and the bar will be open!
