Texas raised Red Wattle Pork with native, wildcrafted Chili Pequins and Desert Oregano create a delightfully fiery and herbaceous salame that is both an homage to Calabria and a celebration of Texas and the American Southwest.  Approximately 12 ounces.

It is normal for a little mold to grow on the outside of these meats. Do not be alarmed, the meat inside is safe and delicious. Simply peel the casing away before eating. Mold can be wiped off with a clean rag and a little vinegar.
