Intermediate Hog Butchery

In this intensive hands on class, participants will be grouped in pairs and work together to butcher a half hog from start to finish with instruction from our butchers. Each participant will take home up several cuts of pork.

This class is hands on and we strongly recommend a working knowledge of hog anatomy and basic knife skills before taking this class. We encourage you to take Basic Hog Butchering before taking this class.

Our classes take place in our refrigerated cutting room, we recommend wearing sturdy, closed toed shoes and bringing a sweatshirt or light jacket.
