Reserve your Butcher’s Box now! 20 spots available starting in May 2013.
- A six month subscription is $525 and a one year subscription is $1000
- Each month’s box will have a retail value of at least $100.
- Boxes will be available for pick up at our shop at 1912 E 7th St.
- Each box will contain a newsletter with information on the farms that are represented in the box, as well as cooking suggestions and recipes.
- The box will include selections of our fresh sausages and cooked charcuterie and salumi (rillettes, mortadella, etc.).
